2.2 Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver the products in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays or damages during transportation.

3. Installation and Training

3.1 Installation: Upon delivery, we offer installation services for our equipment at an extra charge. Our trained technicians will ensure proper setup and functionality.

3.2 Training: We provide training sessions for the staff on how to use the equipment safely and effectively. Attendance is recommended to maximize the benefits of our products.

4. Warranty and Returns

4.1 Warranty: All products come with a limited warranty, the details of which are provided upon purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 

4.2 Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 5 days for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy.
